This position is accountable for driving sales expansion within the Medicare Advantage producer sales segment in designated market areas. Key responsibilities include recruiting new General Agencies/Producers to promote Medicare Advantage products and fostering relationships with existing ones to support their sales efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Experienced Sales Professional Driving Medicare Advantage Growth & Partner Engagement
    • Drive sales growth in the Medicare Advantage producer sales channel within assigned market(s)

    • Recruit new General Agencies/Producers to market and sell Medicare Advantage products

    • Possess 5 or more years of experience in sales within the Medicare health insurance sector

    • Demonstrate proficiency in working with and building relationships with Medicare producers

    • Exhibit familiarity with local markets, including established connections with producers

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned General Agencies/Producers to facilitate their sales objectives

Who You Are

    To be successful in this role, you should have:
    • Either a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
