This position is accountable for driving sales expansion within the Medicare Advantage producer sales segment in designated market areas. Key responsibilities include recruiting new General Agencies/Producers to promote Medicare Advantage products and fostering relationships with existing ones to support their sales efforts.

- Experienced Sales Professional Driving Medicare Advantage Growth & Partner Engagement

Drive sales growth in the Medicare Advantage producer sales channel within assigned market(s)

Recruit new General Agencies/Producers to market and sell Medicare Advantage products

Possess 5 or more years of experience in sales within the Medicare health insurance sector

Demonstrate proficiency in working with and building relationships with Medicare producers

Exhibit familiarity with local markets, including established connections with producers
